Basic Bootcamp

Everyone has to start somewhere.  If you’re looking to kick start your health and fitness, this ‘entry level’ program will be ideal for you.   Take a step towards a healthier you with our new, fun and progressive indoor four-week boot camp.  Feel the benefits of increased fitness as your energy levels increase and your new appearance draws compliments from friends.  Get in.  Get fit.  Get on with life.  A morning and evening option is available.

Bubs Bootcamp

Our Bubs Bootcamp is designed specifically to help mums get fit at a time in their life when they need it the most.  This program improves core strength and incorporates a mix of exercise routines using; your baby as resistance, your own body weight, light free weights, fit balls, interval training and much more.

Cross Blitz

Feel energised, motivated, strong, capable and confident with this four-week program which is progressive, taking you from your current fitness to a much greater level of conditioning.  Each session runs for 30 minutes.   A new mid-morning fitness boot camp incorporating a variety of proven fitness training methods.  Attend any three of the five sessions offered each week.   Fast. Convenient. Affordable.

Super Spin

A four-week program catering to those who lead busy lives, but want to develop and maintain health and fitness. Challenge yourself, break a plateau and kick-start your health and fitness program.  The intensity of the program helps get results fast. You can expect a mix of climbing hills, sprinting, standing and a variety of floor exercises to help you get Boost confidence as your appearance takes on a new and improved look.

The Big Shed

A 10-week challenge. Shed unwanted kilos and gain fitness while working out and having fun in Frank’s big shed.  Move it to lose it.  The format is non-threatening, friendly, fun and progressive. Regular assessments to monitor progress, nutritional guidelines and accountability checks to keep you motivated and on track. Drop 10kg in 10 weeks or your money back!   You risk NOTHING, except dropping 10kg!  Conditions apply.

Ultimate Fitness Camp (UFC)

The UFC Indoor Program is a 60-minute, low-tech, high-effort, full-body workout designed to elevate your fitness to a new level. Set a goal with our Ultimate Fitness Camp—an exciting, fun, and challenging boot camp inspired by outdoor training, CrossFit, and mixed martial arts techniques. Fit and strong happen when you run out of weak!

Strength and Endurance

Strength and Endurance is a 30-minute class suitable for both beginners and experienced individuals. Strength exercises are performed against a relatively high load for a short duration, while Endurance exercises are classically performed against a relatively low load over a long duration. This class will still help build bone strength and low-fatigue muscles.

Bootcamp Blitz

Bootcamp Blitz is a 30-minute workout that combines various exercises like functional training, bootcamp-style workouts, circuits, and bodyweight exercises. Each session offers a different routine to keep things interesting. The intensity can be adjusted to suit different fitness levels, so participants can choose to go hard or take it easier based on your preferences and needs. It's a versatile and engaging fitness program for people of all fitness levels.

Variety Bootcamp

A one hour program offered every Saturday morning.  It’s free to all clients currently enrolled in a program at Body Blitzer.

Men's Over Sixty
& Strong  

Age should not be a barrier to exercise. Our 'Men's Over Sixty &Strong' program is a low-impact, fun and easy way to keep active with others.The sessions consist of low-impact cardio and resistance exercises where participants can work at their own pace. The sessions run for 60-minutes twice a week. Enjoy the health benefits of increased muscle and bone strength, increased cardio fitness, and longevity so that you can continue to do the things you love in life.

Over 60s Mixed Boot Camp

Age should never hold you back from staying active! Our 'Over 60s Bootcamp' program, suitable for both men and women, offers a delightful and gentle approach to maintaining your fitness as you age gracefully.
Our sessions focus on low-impact cardio and resistance exercises tailored to your unique pace and comfort level. These hour-long sessions run twice a week, giving you ample opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded individuals while reaping the many health rewards.

With our private group booking, we can personalise the sessions based on your goals & needs. Strength Blitz 

One of Body Blitzer's newest programs! It is ideal for those feeling weak around the body, whether it's your core or upper or lower body. The benefits of Strength Blitz are enhanced quality of life, stronger muscles and bones, better core strength, increased protection of joints from injury, improved balance, and lower risk of falling. All the exercises are low-impact and weight-based; participants work at their own pace and progressively build over six weeks. Boxing Blitz

Booty Blitz

Booty Blitz is a 30-minute class designed to target your lower body muscles, including the glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings. We also incorporate core-strengthening exercises. Using weights, bands, and body weight, this class offers a dynamic workout experience.

Parents & Teens Bootcamp

The Parents & Teens Boot Camp program offers an exceptional opportunity for both you and your child to engage in exercise and cultivate healthy habits together.

Exclusively designed for parents and children aged 8-17 years old, this program integrates a diverse range of exercise methods, including bodyweight exercises, light dumbbell routines, kettlebell exercises, medicine ball workouts, circuit-based training, fun fitness games, and teamwork-based exercises.

Coached Training With Structure and Purpose
