Personal training at Body Blitzer Fitness Centre is for people who want a professional, structured approach to improving their health. Our clients are done with trial and error. They want clear guidance, a personalised plan, and a coach who is invested in delivering results. Many come to us feeling weaker than they should, frustrated by repeated stop-start attempts, and concerned about their long-term health. This is not a generic program. Training is designed around your body, your goals, and your stage of life. Sessions are structured, progressive, and purposeful.

If you decide to go ahead with personal training, your first session will be a free consultation and an introductory work-out. After that, you could be under way with your training within 24 hours!

The first four weeks are delivered one-to-one to build strong foundations, improve movement quality, and address aches and pains.
Most clients then move into one-to-three coaching. You continue following a personalised program with close supervision and ongoing progression.
Clients wanting to start a personal training program will firstly receive a one-on-one, no-obligation consultation. We will assess your lifestyle, diet, strength, fitness level, flexibility, blood pressure and body fat .….it sounds scary, but it's not! Typically, the consultation will take between 30 to 60minutes.
